We are so blessed to have our little girl finally here with us. This week has been quite a blur. We are home now and settling in. Tonight will be our first night home and I look forward to starting our routine as a family of four. Merci is doing wonderful and is such a quiet, sweet little baby. Camden took to her quickly and insisted on giving lots of love to her. He will be a wonderful big brother, without a doubt. I will try to post a better update later on, on all that happened this week. I thought I would at least give you a little teaser. Thanks to everyone who was praying for both Merci and I and the rest of our family.

GO STEELERS!

Something New

Well, a little while back I decided that trying to keep two different blogs going of Camden and Merci was too hard. I have been keeping Merci's going but haven't done anything for Camden. Well, with Merci's birth so close I decided that in what little time I have before she gets here I'd come up with something for both of them. So this is our new site for "Our Lil' Kiddz". I plan on posting updates and pictures of both kids here together. Once everyone is aware I will no longer post updates on Merci's blog but here instead. I know this will be much easier for myself as well as all of you to not have to go back and forth between two sites. Thanks so much for understanding. Our love to you all.

Party Animals

We celebrated Camden Levi's upcoming 3rd birthday this past Sunday. We chose to have his party a month early due to not knowing exactly when Merci is going to arrive. I didn't feel comfortable waiting until his actual birthday to have 20 people over with a newborn baby. So Camden had a Bob the Builder themed party, which is what he chose. We had just close friends and family over for cake and ice cream. You know, the normal birthday celebration. It was much more fun this year compared to any other because he is so much more independent and can communicate so much more than any other time in his life thus far. Camden actually had three friends come to his party and it's hard to believe he can be old enough to invite friends. He also had his cousins Josh and Bethany come. He loves to play with other kids.

After most of the party had ended our friends Mike and Connie and their daughter Mara stayed as well as Auntie, Uncle Frank and Pal. We ordered
pizza and just hung out recovering from the day's events. Camden decided that it was only polite to share his pizza with Mara. It was way too cute.
After the rest of our company left, I was barely able to get Camden into his PJ's before he crashed for the night. He and Daddy both fell asleep on the couch just before 8:00 and Camden slept until 9:30 a.m. the next morning. All the partying he did really wore him out. We were really blessed with a beautiful day.
